Webkey Account Changes

You may have received an email from Siemens about your Webkey account and some changes that have been made to how customers access their accounts. One of the main changes is around the use of your email address vs. the use of a username to access your account. Also, you may have registered on multiple sites like Siemens Community or possibly a PLM site associated with Siemens. If did, those “multiple” logins associated with your Webkey will now fall under this new email username. Below you fill find information on how to get your account up to date. Remember as of Nov. 5 2019 this new changes are now in effect.

To begin go to: https://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/global/en/support/

Then click on license management (or any of the other support links that require you to login)

If you currently have multiple Webkey accounts associated with your email address you will need to select the “Forgot your password?” link on the Webkey login screen.

After selecting the “Forgot your Password” link, please enter your email address in the ‘Reset your password’ screen and select “Submit”;

Check your email and follow the link back and reset your password.

 

After you have successfully reset your password, and you have multiple Webkey accounts associated with your email address, you will be presented with the screen below. Please choose which Legacy Webkey account you would like to use for this session.

I can’t Sign In
 
I’ve entered the email address associated with my Webkey account and my password, but I get an “invalid email or password” message.

  1. Please check that the email address and password you entered are correct.
  2. If the problem persists, reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link

I have more than one Webkey account associated with my email address
 
The email address I’m using has more than one Webkey account associated with it. What do I do?

  1. Submit the ‘Forgot password’ form using your email address.
  2. After completing the password reset process and logging in using your new password, you can select the Webkey account from the list of accounts associated with your email address.
  3. After making your selection, you will be provided with access.
