Surface Modeling in NX CAD
About Our Surface Modeling in NX CAD Course
Course No: TR10265
Software: NX2412
Class Duration: 3 Days
Class Location: Virtual Classroom
Disclaimer: Certain topics may require additional NX licenses.
Prerequisites:
- NX For Experienced CAD Users (TR10300)
- Minimum 80 hours of parametric, feature-based modeling
x
This course is intended to raise user awareness of NX free form (surface) modeling capabilities. Users will learn to apply advanced NX functionality to achieve non-analytical shapes in this NX surface modeling course. Users will gain proficiency in parametric surface modeling and insight into integrating aesthetic elements into 3D models. Since surface modeling is often dependent on curve profiles and paths, advanced curves are included.
The NX Surface Modeling course is designed for customers who want to learn the functionality included in the Freeform 1, Freeform 2 and Shape Studio licenses. Several options in this course required high-end NX CAD licenses like Mach2 and Mach3.
