We had our license fail while working on a hot job for a customer. I pulled out the kitchen sink to make sure we could get the program running in time. Chris was responsive and got a 1-on-1 meeting set up at our convenience along with going through our license file. Even though we solved the issue on our own, I had peace of mind that we still had a fix in place if what we were doing didn’t work out.
