We’re looking for an innovative, driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will support the Marketing Director in the planning and execution of various marketing campaigns. He/She is a creative problem solver, team player, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Role and Responsibilities
Utilize outbound marketing strategies through mass email communication and social media – as a means to engage audience and drive conversions
Develop, create and modify video content for brand awareness
Create effective content copy for marketing material, landing pages, and other resources
Monitor market needs and customer experiences through the use of campaign analytics
Analyze competitive products and incorporate competitive strategies into promotional and product development plan feedback
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure blog, videos, and software updates are added to the website and communicated to customers
Collaborate across sales teams to aid in the development of inbound marketing campaigns for lead generation
Plan and design email newsletters and social media schedule
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Interactive Media, Communications, or related field
2+ years of marketing and/or design experience
Online portfolio of creative work required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage own workflow
Accountable self-starter who can adapt to change and can keep up at a fast pace

Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign
Video Editing: Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush
Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Social Media: LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter
Must be able to code with HTML and CSS (basic to intermediate)
Working knowledge in WordPress, a plus
Understanding of SEO a plus, but not required
Hootsuite experience a plus, but not required
Salesforce or other CRM platform a plus, but not required
