NX Mill Manufacturing Fundamentals (TR20300)

4 Day Class
Designed for experienced NC programmers that are new to NX CAM, this course accelerates the understanding of creating tool paths for 2 and 3 axis milling/drilling centers within NX. Other cutting and non-cutting motions will be explored. The class also addresses the creation and post
processing of NX operations. Upon completion, accomplished Programmers will have the capability to create/modify and output verified 3 axis NC programs for milling machines. The pace and topics of this course have been carefully planned specifically for the experienced NC programmer.

NX Manufacturing Customization (TR20500)

3 Day Class
This course is intended to provide CAM customization options to the NC programmer and shows the user how to get the most use out of NX while introducing topics that allow the NX system to be automated a much higher level.

Upon completion, users will be able to add new cutting tools, cutting tool materials, part libraries, and new machine methods and acquire the ability to create new template field files and configure the NX output for shop documentation. Also, users will become proficient with automating FBM to significantly decrease the time spent creating tool paths.

Upon completion of this course, accomplished NC programmers will have the knowledge and skills to use the newest technologies in NX CAM. The pace and topics of this course have been carefully planned specifically for the experienced NC programmer.

Upon completion of this course, accomplished Turning programmers will have the abilities to create and modify turning and mill turn programs. The pace and topics of this course have been carefully planned specifically for the experienced NC programmer.
