Our  Qualifing Process
When your staffing requires a specific mechanical skill set, we go the extra distance to validate your requirements. We test our consultants on your specific PLM platform so the level of experience is not left to chance. Swoosh utilizes a proprietary web-based tool to screen candidates for a variety of CAD/CAM/PDM systems commonly used in the discrete engineering field. We certify our mechanical designers and detailers on you CAD/CAM platform. Platform Validation We currently test and validate our consultants on the following PLM tools:

InSinkErator

The NX drafting training we received from Swoosh was timely and focused. It came at a time when user productivity and moral were low due to InSinkErator' s moving off its I-deas CAD platform to NX ant TcE. Our ECN productivity hasreturned to levels that were seen before the migration and our users are almost excited to use the new system.

ULTERRA

We hired Swoosh Technologies for a one week NX6 CAM training class that was hugely successful. We tailored the training to a five day mentoring program and I was extremely pleased with the results. This mentoring class has reduced our CAM time by 35 to 40 %. The instructor did a fantastic job teaching ways to speed up our process. This was money well spent.
